Thank you for your interest in applying for a grant with us!
Who can submit a grant?
Any combination of parents, students, faculty, administration, and community groups may collaborate on a proposal. However, a faculty member and administrator must be involved in any proposal and his/her name listed as part of the application.

WEF encourages the submission of proposals that promote/demonstrate:
Learning initiatives beyond the standard curriculum and beyond required class/campus materials & equipment
Research-based education innovation and related professional development
Pilot projects that have a positive, transformative impact
Community/school collaboration projects
Engaging and challenging enrichment projects
Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM),
New approaches to citizenship/democracy education
WEF'S focus is to expand and enhance opportunities for students beyond existing curricula and classroom activities.
Therefore we encourage grant applicants to seek alternative funding for expenses frequently covered by school
systems or PTO's etc... such as the following:
Event transportation, field trips, Classroom and campus equipment (such as chrome books, risers, sports equipment, etc.)
Programs/projects/activities that are expected to impact less than 10 students
